Notice Regarding Last-Minute Orders
In order to accommodate requests on short notice, a 15% Convenience Fee applies to all orders placed within 48 hours of the required date.
This fee allows us to prioritize your request, manage expedited processing, and secure the additional staffing required to fulfill your order outside of our standard lead times. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our service standards for all of our clients!
Cake Orders Policy
Once cakes are picked up from Bethany's Bakery the person assumes responsibility for the cake thereafter.
Cakes should travel on a flat surface and a vehicle that can accommodate the style of the cake. Instructions will be provided on how the cake should be stored and served.
Depending on the size of the cake, there will be a $25-100 deposit that will be required to secure the order. All deposits are non-refundable.
If a cake is canceled or postponed for any reason, store credit will be given.
If an order is canceled 48 hours or less a supply and labor cost will be taken from any store credit.
